Royalty Studios is an existing 1980’s office building where we were appointed to modernise the existing office building. This included adding additional storeys and a rear extension to the building and refurbishing the existing building. The works include improving DDA accessibility and the EPC rating to the building to meet an A rating.

The design adds a contemporary crown to the 28,000 sq.ft building to compliment the existing postmodernist features of the building.
